Greater Noida News Students of GBU and GIMS clashed over the playing of music in Premchand Hostel located at Gautam Buddha University (GBU). Four students were injured in the fight, including three from GIMS and one from GBU. On the complaint of medical students, the Ecotech-1 police station has registered a case.

At the same time, on Wednesday, most of the medical students have left the hostel. A departmental inquiry is also being conducted by GBU in the matter. The students of GBU and GIMS reside in Premchand Hostel. These days mid term examination is going on in GBU. Due to which the students are engaged in studies.

On Tuesday night, medical students were partying with a music system. In such a situation, some GBU students asked the medical students to stop the music. On this there was an argument on both the sides. The angry GBU students soon called their classmates in large numbers. Both the groups of students clashed.

Medical students disappeared from hostel due to fear

There are around 200 medical students in Premchand Hostel. Whereas GBU students are in large numbers. It is being told that the medical students are scared of Tuesday night’s incident. Due to this only few students are present in the hostel. The JIMS administration is trying to call them by assuring them of safety.
There was information about students being assaulted in the hostel. Three medical students of JIMS have been injured. They have been given treatment. Efforts are being made to create peace in the hostel by talking to the GBU administration.
