NOIDA NEWS – The Authority has sealed 50 unsold flats at AIIMS Golf Avenue located at Plot No-2 of Sector-75, on the complaints of the people and ignoring the orders of the Noida Authority. Mukesh Kumar Vaish, Senior Manager, Work Circle-6 has confirmed this.
The senior manager said that the local people had sent a complaint letter against the builder to the chief executive officer (CEO) of the authority. The CEO had sent a notice to the builder and warned that the problems of the people should be resolved at the earliest. Despite this the builder did not show interest in it.
On Tuesday, on the orders of the CEO, 50 such flats of this project were sealed which are not sold yet. After resolving the problems, the seal of the flat will be opened.
