Noida – Two individuals lost their lives in a tragic accident at the Blue Sapphire Mall in Greater Noida on Sunday. The mall has been shut down by authorities as a precautionary measure, and a case has been registered against the mall owners and management for negligence. The mall will only reopen after safety and fire audits are conducted.

The incident, which occurred on Sunday afternoon, claimed the lives of two men from Ghaziabad. The deceased have been identified as Harendra Bhati (35), a resident of Vijay Nagar, and Shakil (35), from Vijay Nagar police station limits. Mall Owners and Management Face Charges

Following post-mortem examinations, the bodies were handed over to the families for last rites. The police have registered a case of negligence against the mall owners, Pradeep Aggarwal and Sheetal Aggarwal, along with the mall management.

The families of the deceased have accused the mall management of negligence, claiming inadequate safety measures within the mall contributed to the accident.

In light of this incident, a question naturally arises: is the Blue Sapphire Mall a safe place to visit once it reopens?
