Ghaziabad: A medical student died after jumping from the second floor of his apartment building in the Tronica City police station area of Ghaziabad. The student, identified as Ayan Tiwari (22), was studying MBBS at Santosh Medical College in Ghaziabad.

According to reports, Ayan was at home on Tuesday evening when he went to the third floor of his apartment building. He then jumped from the building and landed on the ground behind the building.

Ayan was rushed to a nearby hospital by his family, but he was later referred to a trauma center in Delhi. He was declared dead at the hospital.

The police said that they have not received any complaint from the family and are investigating the matter. They are also trying to ascertain the reason behind Ayan’s suicide.
