Smuggling for cow slaughter/cattle up to 7 years in jail, 10 thousand fine / 10 years in jail, fine up to 5 lakhs Imprisonment up to 7 years, fine up to Rs 3 lakh, up to half of the above punishment for mutilation or fatal injury to the cow.
Under this, the smuggling of cow progeny can be jailed for up to 10 years. If convicted again under this act, there will be double punishment.
