Noida – An Case has been registered against Super Tech MD RK Arora
Kotwali Sector-58 Police has filed a report against the MD of Supertech Builder Company, RK Arora, for threatening to kill. A distributor in Lucknow has accused the builder of non-payment after taking bars of Rs 53 lakh. Distressed for three years, the distributor had complained about the matter to the police commissioner. Kotwali Sector-58 police is investigating the matter.
Case Registered Against RK Arora by a Lucknow based Distributor
According to the police, Ramesh Kumar Gupta, a resident of Kalyanpur Lucknow, is a distributor of Gagan Ferrotech and Sariya of Shakambhari Ispat and Power Limited in Uttar Pradesh. Ramesh alleges that he had supplied bars worth Rs 53 lakh to Supertech Limited in the year 2018. It is alleged that even after 3 years, its payment was not made by Supertech. The victim contacted Supertech MD RK Arora several times over mobile. But he kept delaying the payment. It is alleged that the MD also threatened to kill him. After this a complaint was made to the Commissioner of Police in this matter.
ACP Rajnish Verma said that in this case a report has been registered against Supertech KMD RK Arora in Kotwali Sector-58 and the matter is being investigated.
