Noida – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of Noida International Airport in Jewar today. It will be the largest airport in Asia covering 6200 hectares. The special thing is that it will be free from pollution and will be the fifth international airport of UP. In the first phase, two runways will be built in 1334 hectares. In the first phase, 12 million passengers are expected to travel. Apart from cargo facility, the airport will also have MRO system.
The Prime Minister will visit the exhibition after laying the foundation stone of the airport. A film about the development journey of the airport will also be screened in it. It will contain information about the exercise done from the beginning till now. After this the Prime Minister will come on the stage and address the public meeting for half an hour. They will be at the venue for an hour. Around two lakh people are expected to attend the public meeting.
Route diversion and parking arrangements have been made at different places for the program. BJP workers have arranged buses to bring people to the meeting place. Around 5000 policemen have been deployed for security. The SPG has already taken the venue under security cover. Apart from this, round-the-clock search has been done. The entry of other people will be closed at the venue from 12 noon.
Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, MP Dr. Mahesh Sharma, Rajya Sabha MP Surendra Nagar, State President Swatantra Dev Singh, UP Cabinet Minister Nand Gopal Nandi, MLA Pankaj Singh, MLA Dhirendra Singh, Senior BJP leaders and workers of Bulandshahr and Gautam Budh Nagar including MLA Tejpal Nagar will also be present. Apart from this, many central and state ministers of the central government are expected to come.
