Noida Extended Section 144 Till April 30 Amid Corona Virus Outbreak

Noida News India: The coronavirus is increasing rapidly in Noida. The Noida Authority is decided to extend section 144 CRCP in Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar till April 30.

The Additional deputy police commissioner of Noida Mr. Ashutosh Dwivedi issued an order Section 144 CRCP has been extended till April 30 which will restrict the organization of any demonstrations or other gatherings of more than four people at a place.

The New District Magistrate of Noida, Mr. Suhas LY has warned district officials, missing from the fight against coronavirus, of dismissal from service if they did not report for duty in 24 hours.

His statement issued on Saturday was said to be directed at 51 officials who were allegedly not reporting for duty amid the Coronavirus crisis in the district. After his order, 34 officials reported for duty, but 17 were still reported absent.

Noida’s new cases are from the JJ cluster in Sector 5, Wazidpur village in Sector 135 and Sector 62. Noida Extended Section 144 till April 30.

Currently, 1,129 people are under surveillance across Noida and Greater Noida, while another 331 have been quarantined — 69 in a Gautam Buddh University hostel and the rest in special isolation facilities at hospitals in Noida and Greater Noida

Even after the top of the lockdown period, all political, cultural, religious, sports-related events, rallies, processions and everyone other events of this sort are banned. He has warned that strict action is going to be taken against the one that violates this order under Section 188 of the Indian legal code.

A helpline number also issued by the District Magistrate of Noida to stop coronavirus. They set up a Corona Call Centre helpline 1800-4192-211 to help the public with information on the disease.
