Uttar Pradesh | UP STF has launched question paper printing agency RSM. Rai Anoop Prasad, Director, Finserve Limited has also been arrested. Sanjay Upadhyay had issued a work order to this agency to print the question paper.
STF has arrested Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority Secretary Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay from Prayagraj as a major action in the case of Teacher Eligibility Test-2021 paper leak. He was suspended on Tuesday.
Confirming this, ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar said that no accused will be spared in the paper leak case. He said that a total of 34 people have been arrested in this case. It is clear from the documents found with them that these papers were going to appear in the examination.
UPTET Exam Printing Press owner Arrested
The owner of the person who was given the responsibility of printing the question papers of TET has been arrested. In this sequence, Sanjay Kumar Upadhyay, the controller of examination of UP TET 2021 and the secretary examination regulatory authority, was also arrested. During interrogation it was revealed that he was involved in leaking the question paper.

According to the information, the government has considered the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority to be prima facie guilty in this whole matter. It was the responsibility of the Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority to carry out this examination. The officials of the examination regulatory authority did not perform their responsibility properly and the irresponsible agency of Delhi RSM. Finserv Limited was entrusted with the responsibility of getting the paper printed.
The agency’s director Rai Anoop Prasad violated the confidentiality and security standards during the printing of the question paper, due to which the paper got out and the examination had to be canceled. Anoop has been sent to jail.
