Noida News | Three more OPDs have started in the new OPD building of ESI Hospital, Sector 24. This includes Medicine, Chest Diseases and Gynecology OPDs. With the start of the Gynecology OPD on the ground floor, now pregnant women will not have to make any effort to go to the first floor.
According to Live Hindustan reports Reconstruction work of one storey OPD building of ESI Hospital with 300 bed facility was going on for many years. Medical Director of the hospital Dr. Balraj Bhandar informed that the reconstruction work has been completed in two phases. After the completion of the second and final phase, this part has also been transferred to the hospital by the construction company.
He said that in the first phase, other specialist OPD services including pediatrics, orthopedics, ophthalmology, surgery were started in the new building. The remaining three OPDs have also been shifted to Gynecology, Medicine and Chest Diseases. He said that earlier the Gynecology OPD was on the first floor. In such a situation, pregnant women had difficulty in going to the first floor. For this reason this OPD has been started on the ground floor. The Medical Director said that apart from this, other departments including MRD, ECG have also been started in the new building.
