The payment of all the dues and future liability of the authority will be done online only. The authority has stopped offline payment from Wednesday. However, the facility of online as well as offline payment will continue for farmers, allottees of residential plots of size less than 200 square meters and industrial plots of size less than 400 square meters. CEO Narendra Bhushan said that offline payment facility will be available for these allottees, but online payment will be encouraged.

Actually, there are more than one lakh allottees under the authority and there are more than 80 items in which the allottees deposit the payment. These items include many items including allocation and installment amount. These allottees have to go to the bank to deposit the outstanding amount. Sometimes the challan has to be shown in case of non-conformity of outstanding payment.
