Noida News – In a swift operation carried out in Ghaziabad, law enforcement officials, empowered by the Gangster Act, successfully confiscated assets valued at 17 crores belonging to Amit Kasana, the notorious nephew and associate of gangster Randeep Bhati. The decisive action came just three days after Police Commissioner Laxmi Singh’s court granted the order for property seizure. Amit Kasana, who has been recognized as a prominent member of the Uttar Pradesh criminal underworld, faced a long list of charges including murder, extortion, kidnapping, and robbery, resulting in the forfeiture of his and Randeep’s ill-gotten gains. The seized properties encompass a two-storey residence located in Ristal, Ghaziabad, and a sprawling estate spanning 18 thousand square meters in Asalatpur village, featuring an additional 25 shops within the confiscated premises.
