Ghaziabad – The residents of 14 Avenue Housing Society, located in Greater Noida West, staged a massive protest against the builder last night. Society residents say that Gaur Builder has increased the maintenance charge without giving any information. Whereas, information is given before increasing the maintenance charge. Apart from this, the Gaur builder has not yet provided the basic facility. Society is in bad shape. Lifts, parking, basement and park are in a dilapidated condition. Despite that, Gaur builder is increasing the maintenance charge.
Society residents have expressed their indignation at the main gate of the society while demonstrating against the Gaur builder. Society residents said “No Basic Amenities – No Maintenance Charges” Slogans. The residents of the society have clearly stated that they will not pay the increased maintenance charge until their basic facilities are met.
One of the Resident said – The residents of the society created a lot of ruckus on this issue last night. Apart from this, there was a demonstration outside the Gaur office to withdraw the increased maintenance charge. Let us tell you that this is not the condition of just one society. This is the condition of 70 percent housing societies located in Greater Noida West. The residents of the society are sometimes fighting over the registry and sometimes the maintenance charge, but no one is listening.
