UP News – Lakhs of devotees from Noida NCR go to take Kanwar Yatra in the month of Sawan. This time the month of Sawan is starting from 14th July. The DJ Kanwar Yatra will continue till August 12. In such a situation, after the meeting of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Gautam Budh Nagar administration has started preparations. Recently, District Magistrate Suhas L.Y also held a meeting with the officials of all the concerned departments. The district magistrate has ordered the officials to close all meat and liquor shops on the route of Kanwar Yatra from July 14-26.

The administration has geared up to ensure that no devotees face any problem during the Kanwar Yatra. Officials have gathered about which road to use during the journey. Various steps are being taken so that the Kanwar Yatra can pass through Noida without any hindrance towards Delhi. According to the information, a special plan is being prepared by the administration.

A special plan has been made so that the traffic continues without stopping and the Kanwar Yatra also goes smoothly. People who attempt any kind of mischief during the Yatra will also be kept under watch. Police teams will be deployed from place to place. Preparations are also being made by the administration to set up a camp. If the devotees face any kind of problem, then they can contact the camp there.

From Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Western Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan, Kanwaria takes National Highway 58 to reach Uttarakhand. This highway passes through Gautam Buddh Nagar, Ghaziabad, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar and Meerut and reaches Haridwar via Roorkee (Uttarakhand). Devotees from Delhi, Haryana and western Uttar Pradesh also pass through the districts of Saharanpur, Shamli and Baghpat. A large number of devotees reach Haridwar from Moradabad and Bareilly via Bijnor and Amroha.

The police administration has also identified sensitive areas where additional forces will be deployed during the yatra. In addition, the districts of Meerut region, Faizabad, Prayagraj, Varanasi and their neighboring districts also see an influx of Kanwar Yatris, mainly from eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Officials said that similar arrangements are being made by the administration in these districts as well.

District Magistrate Suhas L Y said that during the meeting held with police officers and other department heads, they have been asked to prepare a detailed plan to ensure hassle-free Kanwar Yatra in the district. After the routes are finalized, the officials will visit the areas and identify the meat and liquor shops to be closed during the journey.
