Greater Noida – An extremely shocking case has been reported from Greater Noida. A 7th-grade student accuses 12th student of exploitation in Greater Noida.
After receiving the complaint, the Sector Beta 2 police station registered a case against the accused student under Section 377 and Poxo Act. The police presented the minor accused in front of the Child Welfare Committee.
In the complaint, he expressed that his son has been finding out in a very school for 5 years. “The juvenile, a neighbor, studies in school twelve within the same school. he’s five years older than the victim and wont to move to a school with my son on an identical bus. His father is our family friend and thence the 2 kids were additionally friends. However, for the last four years, he has sexually abused my son. He used to decision my son to his house, take away his garments and abuse him,” the litigant alleged.
According to the information, the victim student herself went to the internet and took out the 1098 child line helpline number and called the phone and told the whole thing. The helpline then spoke to the victim’s father and counseled the child.
