Noida News – Eight people, including the managing director of Earth Infrastructure Builder, have been booked for fraud and treason. On the orders of the court, Kotwali Phase-1 police has registered a report against Managing Director Awadhesh Goyal, Atul Gupta, Vikas Gupta, Rajnish Mittal, Raman Dhawan, Ankur Goyal, Amitabh Sinha. It is alleged that Earth Infrastructure Builder has cheated Rs 27 lakh in the name of booking commercial space. Police is investigating the case.
In the complaint lodged by Ashok Kumar, a resident of Ghaziabad, it has been said that an advertisement was given in several mediums on behalf of Earth Infrastructure Builder located in Sector-16. It was told that a commercial project is being launched by the builder group in Greater Noida. Many tempting offers were given in this. It is alleged that under the guise of this tempting offer, he booked a commercial space in a project of Greater Noida’s Earth Infrastructure Builder. For this he had paid Rs 27 lakh. It is alleged that the builder did not give any commercial space after taking money from them. Also did not return the money. Police has started the investigations in the case.
