Noida City – Due to increase in Covid 19 Cases, Noida Authority will setup 50 Bed in Shooting Range by May 8 to make Covid Care Hospital.
The 50 Bed covid hospital will be setup at the Shooting range of Noida Stadium that located in sector 21 A.
“Witnessing the rising crisis of coronavirus, the Noida Authority is setting up a makeshift hospital at the Noida Stadium in Sector 21A. There will be PSA-based oxygen manufacturing plant with the availability of 50 oxygen beds, cylinders, and ventilators,” the Authority said in a statement.

Noida CEO Ritu Maheshwari said, “Before dedicating any facility, we wanted to make sure that we will have proper oxygen supply at the place. We have tied up with some corporates and a body of doctors who will provide us with the required resources to set it up,” as from the source of TOI.
News coming from an online source claim that The Adani Group is also helping with supplying oxygen to hospitals through the Noida Authority and they would provide 300 cylinders to it.
The Authority said oxygen supply to hospitals is being managed by the district administration and as part of its help in the future, it will have coordinated efforts with the administration to ensure uninterrupted oxygen supply.
Over the last few days, some hospitals have allegedly claimed a shortage of oxygen supply in the district, resulting in panic among patients and their attendants. [ Information from various news sources]
