Ghaziabad News – Police on Thursday sent three accused who murdered a 10-year-old student Harsh Singh alias Kanha from Ghaziabad after the kidnapping. All three accused are minors. There are two tenth and one twelfth class students. Fearing to be caught, the accused had murdered him with a knife an hour after the kidnap.

Ajit Kumar, a resident of Vandana Enclave in Khora police station area in Ghaziabad, does a private job. His 10-year-old son Harsh Singh alias Kanha studied in Class IV at New Sainik School. He went missing while playing outside the house on the evening of 11 April. On April 12, the family had lodged a missing complaint with the Khora police station. On the evening of 13 April, the body of Harsh Singh alias Kanha was found lying in the Rabbit Park located in Sector-54, Noida.

When Harsh started running away, he caught and killed him.

SP Crime Diksha Sharma said that Priyanshu, Raju alias Rajkumar and Akash have been arrested in this case. All three are residents of Khoda area. Priyanshu is the cousin of the deceased Harsh Singh. Priyanshu took Harsh to Deepak Vihar on the pretext of taking him to the park. Here Akash and Rajkumar brought Scooty to the park. Then all three took Harsh to the forest of Noida Sector-54 and reached.

Harsh did not like the intentions of all three, so he started running away from them. Fearing to be caught, all three held him. Priyanshu held hands and Rajkumar held legs, while Akash killed Harsha by stabbing him in the stomach. After stuffing the dead body in a sack and throwing it in the forest, all three came to their respective homes.

Incident to get five lakh rupees

SP Crime Diksha Sharma told that Priyanshu was aware that his uncle Ajit Kumar had a lot of money. If he kidnaps Harsh, he will get lakhs of rupees. The intention of the accused was that if the ransom of Rs 15 lakh was received, then the three would distribute five lakh rupees each.

One of the accused Rajkumar supported this work because he needed money. According to SP Crime, Akash is studying 12th and the remaining two accused are studying 10th.
