Indirapuram’s Shipra Mall has been sold for a whopping sum of 551 crores by Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited (IHFL) to Himree Estate Private Limited. This sale marks a significant shift in the retail landscape of Indirapuram and the NCR region.

The Shipra Mall has been a landmark destination for shopping and entertainment in Indirapuram since its inception. The mall features a wide range of national and international brands, a multiplex cinema, a food court, and several restaurants and cafes.

The acquisition of Shipra Mall by Himree Estate Private Limited is a strategic move for the company. It strengthens its presence in the retail real estate space and provides an opportunity to leverage its expertise in retail operations and management to enhance the mall’s offerings and attract more footfalls.

The registry for the sale was conducted on Friday at the office of the Third Deputy Director Suresh Chandra Maurya in the Tehsil Sadar. The stamp department earned a stamp duty of 38.57 crores and a registration fee of 5.51 crores from the sale of the mall.

The sale of Shipra Mall has generated a lot of interest among industry experts and stakeholders. While some have expressed concerns over the impact of the acquisition on the local retail ecosystem, others believe that the acquisition will bring in new investments and opportunities for growth.
