Delhi | Honey Singh’s wife has filed a case of domestic violence against him, after which Honey Singh appeared in the court today.
Well-known Bollywood singer Yo-Yo Honey Singh appeared in Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court today. It is known that his wife has made a serious allegation of domestic violence against him, the trial of which is going on in the Delhi court and due to ill health in the last hearing, he could not appear in the court.
It is reported that the judge of Tis Hazari Court is counseling Honey Singh and his wife in their chamber. She is trying to understand and resolve the dispute between them by talking to both of them.
In the last hearing, the court had said that no one is above the law
The court made it clear that no one is above the law. The court directed Honey Singh to appear in person on September 3. At the same time, Honey Singh’s wife Shalini became emotional during the hearing and tears started coming from her eyes.
Metropolitan Magistrate Tania Singh is hearing the domestic violence case filed by Honey Singh’s wife Shalini Talwar. During the hearing, Honey Singh did not appear in the court and his lawyer had sought exemption from personal appearance of Honey Singh on medical grounds.
Honey Singh’s counsel Ishan Mukherjee had told the court that the petitioner had already taken all the valuables including jewellery. She can come to stay in Noida house with her in-laws in 15 days. They said we are ready to keep them together, we will build a wall. He told the court that his client has two properties worth about Rs crore, out of which one property worth Rs 1 crore is in the name of Shalini Talwar.
