Noida | The UttarPradesh police have completed the investigation and filed a charge sheet in the court against the three main accused in the Uttar Pradesh Assistant Teacher Eligibility Test-2021 (UPTET) paper leak case.

Police has filed a charge sheet against the accused Anoop Rai Prasad, Sanjay Upadhyay and Balram alias Bablu in the court. In the investigation of the police, the chargesheet against two more accused is yet to be decided, while the investigation of the rest is still on.

Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test paper was leaked in November 2021

In the paper leak case, the STF arrested Rai Anoop Prasad, director of question paper printing company RSM Finserv Limited, on November 29 and Sanjay Upadhyay, former secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority (Prayagraj), on December 1. A case was registered in this matter at Surajpur Police Station.

There was a deal between Anoop and Sanjay to print paper in a hotel in Noida. After this this paper was leaked. Balram alias Bablu, a resident of Muzaffarnagar, Budhana, was also arrested by the STF team in this case. Police had obtained important documents and information from Bablu.

A reward of 25 thousand was also announced after Balaram was named in the paper leak case.

ADCP Central Noida ilamaran sir said to news agencies that in this case, a charge sheet has been filed by the police against the three accused in the court. Police investigation is progressing. Action will be taken against other accused also.
