Noida | The Gautam Budh Nagar district administration has taken major action against Supertech, Home and Soul and Morpheus Builder. These builders were also issued Recovery Certificate (RC) on the orders of the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA), but they did not deposit the money even after that. Due to which this action has been taken against these builders. The three builders have outstanding dues of Rs 138 crore.
Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) Vandita Srivastava said to a News Agency that there are more than 300 RCs in Dadri tehsil against Supertech builder. Which is 124 crores. Several notices were issued to the builder. Even after that RC money was not deposited. On Saturday, the team of Tehsil Dadri has sealed the office of Supertech Builder in E-Square Tower located in Sector 96 of Noida. The builder’s office is built on a total of five floors in the tower. Offices have been sealed by taking out the employees on all the floors.
Home & Soul Pvt Ltd owes RC about Rs 4 crore
Home and Soul Private Limited, located in Sector-126, Noida, owes about Rs 4 crore to RC. The builder was given several opportunities. Now the builder’s office has been sealed. On the other hand, the office of Morpheus Builder located in Greno West has been sealed. There is an RC of Rs 10 crore against Morpheus. The ADM said that the builder’s office will be allowed to open only after depositing the RC money.
Due to non-recovery on RC, buyers are approaching the High Court. After the hearing, the High Court is ordering the administration to make recovery on the RC. The administration has taken a tough stand on the orders of the High Court. The orders of the High Court have come in the maximum number of Dadri Tehsils.
