The Borders of Delhi - Noida Sealed

On Monday, one positive case was found in Cherry County highrise apartments of Greater Noida West, who is a 33-year-old pregnant woman. Another case was detected in Sector 55 area of Noida, where a 61-year-old woman was found COVID positive and the third case was found in Sector 8 of Noida where a 52-year-old woman was found positive.

This comes at a time when there are nearly 1,300 reported cases of COVID-19 in Uttar Pradesh.

Delhi-Noida border sealed due to Corona

In this order, it has been said that in Gautam Buddha Nagar, there have been reports of several people who have been related to Corona positive in the past.

The Borders of Delhi – Noida Sealed but, Some exemptions to this travel ban, along with required authorizations, have also been listed in the order.

According to district administration officials, only the drug, grocery and essential goods shops have been allowed to open in Noida’s cornered buffer zone. The administration has also instructed these shops to follow the rules of social distancing and to be vigilant.

Media personnel who have been issued passes by Additional Commissioner of Police (Headquarters) and District Information Officer will also be allowed to travel between Delhi and Noida.

Greater Noida’s Jewar MLA Thakur Dhirendra Singh said all the support from Lucknow is being provided to the satellite cities to fight the COVID pandemic.
