After the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s visit to Noida, the District Magistrate of Gautam Budh Nagar district fell on BN Singh. Suhas L. Y. has been made the new DM. BN Singh has also been attached to the Revenue Council.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who arrived in Noida on Monday, investigated the reasons for the outbreak of corona there despite the lockdown, in view of the rapid increase in the number of patients infected with the coronavirus in Gautam Budh Nagar district. During this time, his anger erupted on the response of the officers.
He sought answers from the District Magistrate BN Singh. On not getting a satisfactory answer, he reprimanded the DM and said, “Don’t talk nonsense”. Stop putting your responsibility on others.
Annoyed at CM’s rebuke, the DM of Noida wrote a letter to the chief secretary, seeking leave for three months. He also said in the meeting that I am working for 18-18 hours. I do not want to live in Noida. After this, Suhas LY has been transferred as DM.
Uttar Pradesh has confirmed 97 coronavirus cases with 38 patients tested positive from Gautam Buddh Nagar alone. The Ceasefire Company within the Noida is reported to be an epidemic epicentre after 18 of these infected within the district were found to be related to the firm. An FIR has been lodged against the corporate for hiding facts and it’s been ceased by the administration.
