Noida | Supertech Emerald Building case – UP SIT team reach at Noida Offices
The SIT team reached Noida on Monday to investigate the case of two illegally built towers in Supertech Emerald, Sector-93A, Noida. It is being told that the team will investigate after reaching Noida office. The Authority said that the Authority itself incurred a loss of crores of rupees due to one percent instead of 2.5 percent from the board of lease rent.
At the same time, Supertech has issued a statement saying that all the directors are in the country and not outside the country.
It would be ascertained which officials had advised the builder to change the map frequently in the construction of Supertech Twins Tower and approved the revised map going against the rules. Documents are being scrutinized in the authority office under the leadership of committee chairman Sanjeev Mittal. After this, the sword of action is hanging on many senior officers.
On behalf of the state government, it was said that the High Court and Supreme Court have ordered to demolish the illegal construction on the plot number GH-4 allotted to Supertech builder in Sector-93A of Noida. The order of the Supreme Court has been considered to be a collusion between the authority and the builder. Acting on the order, the state government has constituted an SIT for investigation. This SIT will make its report available to the government in a week. After this action will be taken against the responsible officers.
