In the Emerald Court project case of Supertech, after the order of the Chief Minister, the authority got the files opened overnight and got the investigation done. In this, the names of six then officers were revealed. The list has been sent to the government on Thursday. According to the preliminary investigation, the same officer has been posted in the Supertech case. Now there will be a departmental inquiry on behalf of their authority or they will be included in the investigation of SIT by the government. All this will be known after the next instructions of the government.

According to the officials of the authority, the names of the concerned officers who were posted during the Supertech case were sought by the Chief Minister at the earliest. These officers were posted in the authority during the decision made in the Emerald Court case. It is being told that Supertech was benefited only during their deployment. According to sources, the four officers belong to the planning department. While engineering and a gazetted officer is from the level of administration. The list is likely to contain the names of administrative level chief architects or ACEO level officers. However, this list has been drawn on the basis of the points raised by the court. It has to be seen which officer was present in the seat of authority during the clearance of files on the points on which the court has raised questions and benefited Supertech. It has also been seen that which officer has signed the signature.
