Khora Colony News | In the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Friday held a door to door public relations and road show in Khora Colony in support of party candidate from Sahibabad, Sangeeta Tyagi. He appealed to vote for Sangeeta Tyagi for development works in the assembly constituency. During the roadshow, Priyanka Vadra was greeted loudly by the party workers at various places.

General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said that crimes against women are increasing in Uttar Pradesh. Because there is a shortage of women in the police force. He talked about giving 25 percent reservation to women in the police force after the formation of the Congress government in the state. He also surrounded the state government on the increasing crime.

Priyanka further said that incidents keep happening every fourth day in the state. Whereas the Chief Minister claims to reduce crime in the state. During public relations, he talked to people on women empowerment and security system.

Priyanka also said that as much development as should have been done in the BJP government has not happened, that is why she is now doing politics of caste religion. During the road show, he stopped his convoy and talked to Bijendra Singh, a resident of Azad Vihar, Khoda.

Vijendra told Priyanka that his wife had died in the month of June during the Corona period. After wife Neelam became pregnant, he roamed around in all the hospitals of Noida. He alleged that the hospital managers did not admit his wife and provide treatment.

Vijendra demanded help from Priyanka Gandhi Vadra by the administration. After this Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s convoy reached Mangal Bazar. There he talked to the cleaning worker Birbhan Valmiki. In which he demanded from Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to end the contractual practice and make the cleaning workers permanent. For which the employees department assured him of getting the support of Valmiki Samaj in all the seats of the state. After this his convoy left for Delhi via Ghaji Bhati gate.
