Along with this, the children expressed their reverence for yoga by sharing their pictures with the institution.

Yoga Day was started by the respected Prime Minister and today it is celebrated all over the world. Realizing that yoga is very important for our life, today from small children to old people do yoga asanas.

On this International Yoga Day, social organization Chetna, in collaboration with HCL Foundation, has started a program to increase the enthusiasm of street and working children, to connect them with yoga every day, due to which they are seeing excellent results. Street and working children are strong contenders for the possibility of mental stress, weakness, disease, and intoxication while living on the road.

In such a situation, a yoga program has emerged as a treatment for them. Barola’s Muskaan (name changed) said that “we have never done yoga before, but now we are perfectly fine by doing yoga and we do not fall ill”. Just like this Golu (name changed) of Sector 27 who works as a scrap picker told that “I was forbidden to be destroyed by Chetna’s Didi and told many yogas and I do”. A child gave a very beautiful message that “Yoga we children must do to be healthy”.
