A painful road accident took place in Noida Sector 63 today in which a newly married couple lost their lives. According to the information received from the police, this accident happened when both were getting down from the bus, at the same time a vehicle trampled them due to which they died on the spot.
Police said that at around 1:00 pm on Monday afternoon, Lucky son Nanhu, 28 years old and his wife Nikki, 25 years old, were hit by a pickup vehicle, passing near Sector-62 roundabout under Sector-63 area of Police Station.
The collision was so strong that both of them died on the spot. The families of the deceased have been informed by the police. Necessary legal action is being taken by filling the Panchayatnama of dead bodies. The pickup vehicle is in the possession of the police. The search is on for the driver.
It is being told that both of them got married three months ago and these people were residents of Peepal village of Kashipur. The bodies of both have been kept in the district hospital.
