Noida – 11 Societies offices and Club sealed
The authority has sealed the builder’s office and club in 11 societies for violating the norms of the National Green Tribunal (NGT). Action has been taken in such societies where there is no Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP). Also, STPs of many societies are also not functioning.
Under the orders of Ritu Maheshwari, CEO of the Authority, Essotech Windsor Court Society of Sector-78 of Asotech Builder, Golf City at Sector-75, Gardenia Gateway Society of Sector-75 of Gardenia India Limited, Sector-5 of AIIMS Max Gardenia Developers Pvt. Plot No. GH-07, GH-03C, Sector-77 of AVP Buildtech Pvt Ltd, Gaur Grounder at Gaur Sons India Limited Sector-119, Society of Ananya Builder Sector-119, Gardenia Grace Society of Gardenia Shelters Private Limited located at Sector-61, Prateek Fedora Society of Prateek Buildtech Private Limited, Sector-61 of Manisha Project Private Limited The action has been taken at Marvel Homes Sector-61 and Antriksh Nature Apartment Society, Sector-52 of India Private Limited.
At the same time, the Apartment Owners Association of Prateek Fedora Society says that the Authority has sealed the maintenance office in the society while it has nothing to do with the builder. An appeal has been made to solve the problem after talking to MLA Pankaj Singh regarding the action.
