A video of two salesmen being assaulted in an artificial jewelry shop in Ghaziabad has gone viral on social media. The ADM of Bijnor has been accused of orchestrating the attack. Allegedly, the young men who accompanied the ADM beat up both salesmen, slapped them several times, and even intimidated the shop owner.
It has been reported that the ADM of Bijnor, Arvind Kumar, has a wife who resides in Indirapuram. On Monday, she came to Turab Nagar Market for shopping, as the family had an event to attend. During their shopping, there was a dispute between the salesmen of a jewelry shop and the family. The ADM informed the police about the incident and had both salesmen arrested. He even secured their release the next day.
An investigation is underway, and no statement has been issued by either side at this time.
