At least 14 persons, including the leadership team of Ukraine’s interior ministry who were on board the helicopter, were killed in a crash near a kindergarten in the Kyiv area, according to officials.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, an additional 25 persons were hurt, including 11 children, as a result of the incident that occurred in the city of Brovary on Wednesday (SES).
The emergency services have reduced the earlier dead toll of 18 from the crash on the outskirts of the Ukrainian capital.
