Mumbai | Dhruv Rathee – Aryan Khan arrest is Political Agenda against SRK?
ON the 2nd October, A team of Narcotics Control Bureau or the NCB team raided on a cruise ship, while there is a on going party. The cruise ship named the Empress Ship and the company who owns this ship is Cordella Cruises.
It was reported that in this party, many banned drugs were being used and in this seizure, many banned drugs were recovered.
According to the The Free Press Journal, these below items were recovered by some of the passengers on cruise ship.
13 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of mephedrone, 21 grams of Charas, 22 pills of MDMA (Ecstacy), Cash worth Rs 1.33 lakh
During this raid, NCB officials detained some people like Munmun Dhamecha, Nupur Satija, Ismeet Singh Chada, Mohak Jaiswal, Vikrant Chhoker, Gomit chopra, Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, etc.
NCB arrested Munmun, Aryan, Arbaaz and they were presented before a special court. In this court hearing, the NCB lawyer said that even through the offences were bailable, that they could get bail for it but because some illegals material were seized and also whatsapp chats were recovered, the three people should be kept in custody of 2 days, so that it could help in the investigation.
On the other Hand – Aryan Khan’s defence lawyer argued that Aryan was not found with any drugs, nor were there any allegations of Aryan consuming the drugs. So therefore it didn’t make any sense to arrest Aryan Khan, but since NCB wanted to continue its investigation so they would agree to 1 day’s custody.
