The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, has received a death threat, leading to the filing of a case against an unidentified person in Lucknow. The police announced the information on Tuesday, stating that the threat was received via message on the emergency service number ‘Dial 112’ launched by the state government for emergency services.
The person making the threat said, “I will soon kill CM Yogi.” Following the threat, the operation commander of ‘112’ filed a case at the Sushant Golf City police station. The case has been registered under sections 506, 507 of the Indian Penal Code, and section 66 of the IT Act.
