SDM Jyoti Maurya case – In a significant development, the investigation report on the complaints against PCS officer Jyoti Maurya and Home Guard Commandant Manish Dubey was submitted to DG Home Guard Bijay Kumar Maurya. According to sources, DIG Range Prayagraj Santosh Kumar’s investigation has found Commandant Manish Dubey guilty, recommending a departmental inquiry and potential suspension. Meanwhile, the government will be briefed on the findings of the investigation against PCS Jyoti Maurya, who is currently posted at a sugar mill in Bareilly. The case originated from a complaint filed by Jyoti Maurya’s husband, alleging an affair between Commandant Manish Dubey and his wife, along with a conspiracy to harm her. The evidence presented included WhatsApp chats and call records, prompting further investigations by the Recruitment Department.
