According to police, the family of Colonel Vikas Singh Brar (retired) lives in the Clio County Society. Late Tuesday evening, his wife Sanju Brar committed suicide by jumping from his flat on the 27th floor.

Police investigation revealed that Sanju Berar was a teacher in a government school in Sector-51 and had been ill for a long time. For this reason, she was going through mental trouble. The housemates had explained to her many times, but she suffered from depression. Police say that preliminary investigation seems to indicate that the woman committed suicide by becoming mentally disturbed. However, the matter is being investigated.
In the other case, Shefali, a resident of Mayur Vihar Phase-3 Delhi, came out of work on Monday afternoon. When she did not return till late evening, her family members searched her at many places. He then asked Shefali’s friend Sushant to find out about him. It was then revealed that Shefali was staying at the Oyo Hotel in Sector-121.
After this, when the family reached the hotel late Tuesday evening, it was found that Shefali had committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor. Sushant was also there. Even before the relatives arrived, the police had taken the body and sent it for postmortem.
The father of the deceased has accused Shefali’s boyfriend Robin that the daughter committed suicide due to her harassment. On the written complaint of the family, the police have filed a report of abetment to suicide against Robin.
