Fire breaks out in textile factory in Noida, six workers badly scorched

Noida News | A fire broke out in a garment factory located in Sector 5 of Noida city of UP on Friday morning. Six workers were injured in this incident, who have been admitted to the hospital in critical condition. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone I) Ranvijay Singh said that the incident took place in a textile factory located in Sector 5 under Police Station Phase-One area. He said that a sudden fire broke out in this factory on Friday morning due to the chemical used in drying clothes.

Singh told that due to this fire, Sundar Singh, Pritam Singh, Mahipal Singh, Jeevan, Vikram and Bhavna, who were working in the factory, were seriously burnt. He said that these workers have been admitted to the hospital, out of which the condition of two is critical. He said that the matter is being investigated and it is also being ascertained whether there are measures to prevent fire in the factory. Singh said that if any complaint is made on behalf of the workers in this matter, then the police will register a case and take action.
