National | Horrible – Judge and 2 others Booked for raping a minor boy in Rajasthan
A judge posted in the Anti-Corruption Bureau in Bharatpur, Rajasthan is accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old child. Rajasthan police arrested judge and 2 others under section of POCSO act in Bharatpur district.
This whole matter is being told of Bharatpur area where Judge Jitendra Gulia committed wrongdoings with a 14-year-old child on the pretext of playing tennis. According to the victim child, when he used to go to the stadium to play tennis, the accused judge would implicate him in his words and then take him to his house. The child has also said that the judge had done a ‘wrong thing’ with him. This continued for several days and there was pressure on the child not to tell anything to anyone.
Child had told his mother about this whole incident. When he started having pain in his body, then he explained the whole incident to his mother. But after that complaint, the judge started intimidating the child and his family. It was even said that all that would be done with the mother of the child. Now a video of this incident has also surfaced where the accused judge is apologizing to the victim’s house. It is saying that this incident should be forgotten and that too should be forgiven.
A case has been registered against the judge and further action is being taken. Rajasthan Child Rights Protection Commission chairperson Sangeeta Beniwal has told that she will talk to the District Collector and District Superintendent of Police regarding this whole matter.
