According to the MLA, those who consume meat and alcohol will not be issued fines by the Loni Municipality. The leader shouldn’t drink, according to the MLA. The leader, he claimed, shouldn’t act in such a way that someone who commits rape after drinking alcohol begins to refer to himself as a wild animal. The leader should be such that even if he arrives at someone’s home at midnight, folks will still believe that their son has returned.
