In the district of Ghaziabad in Uttar Pradesh, a BSP councilor poured kerosene on himself in protest after being denied a ticket. Despite the incident, the party’s senior leaders have attempted to quell the situation, although BSP has yet to announce any ticket declarations in Ghaziabad.

Meanwhile, in the Loni Nagar Palika area, a councilor named Adarsh claimed that he had already paid INR 2.5 lakh for a BSP ticket and was ready to pay an additional INR 3 lakh. However, BSP leaders have been accused of taking money from other individuals to give them tickets, including allegations against several leaders, such as Pradeep Jatav, Rajkumar Gautam, and Veerendra Jatav. There have also been reports of chaos surrounding ticket distribution in various other areas, with accusations of leaders taking money in exchange for tickets. Recently, hoardings were put up outside the BSP district office, advertising the sale of tickets for cash.
