Ghaziabad News | District Judge Jitendra Sinha has banned the promisers from coming to the court as the corona infection increases. Only advocates will go to the courts to represent the cases. This order will continue till further orders of the High Court. In special circumstances, the litigant and other people will have to take permission from the District Judge to come to the court premises.

In view of the increasing cases of corona infection, District Judge Jitendra Kumar Sinha has issued this order on the orders of Allahabad High Court. Court manager Manoj Mishra told that in a day only 50 percent judicial officers will be present in the district court. For this the District Judge has implemented the roster. Judicial officers have been made each other’s link officer, on the day the judicial officers will be on leave. The matters relating to their court will be heard by their link officers. The process of hearing under the roster system will continue till further orders.

At the same time, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Railway Vikas Singh and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Children’s Court Milind Kumar Singh will work daily. During this, the production of prisoners coming from the jail has also been banned. The hearing will be held only through video conferencing. Testimony in court is also closed.
