The establishment of an international airport at Jewar, Noida, one lakh people will get employment and job opportunities. Its foundation stone will be laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, 25 November. According to a statement, this airport will be operational by 2024. In this regard, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had inspected the venue on Tuesday in view of the proposed program of the Prime Minister.
Asia Biggest will be Noida International Airport
According to a statement, the Noida International Airport will be the largest airport in Asia. Film City is being constructed by the state government near Noida International Airport. Apart from this, a medical device park is being developed nearby.
Electronic City Built near Noida International Airport
The process of setting up an electronic city near the airport is also underway on a war footing. Nearby is an important node of the Defense Industrial Corridor at Aligarh. This airport is a joint venture. It is being jointly constructed by the Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna authorities and the state government.
Investment in Crores by UP Government on Noida International Airport
According to a statement, there is a possibility of investment of Rs 10,000 crore in the first phase of the airport. About 34 to 35 thousand crore rupees will be invested in the construction of the airport and this will provide jobs or employment to about one lakh people. Noida International Green Field Airport will be India’s first pollution free airport.
