Director Rohan Sippy’s web series ‘Mithya‘ rests on the axis of truth between fact and fact. The name of an episode of this Hindi adaptation of the foreign series ‘Cheat’ is ‘Hum Sab Mein Ek Cheat Hota Hai’. This series, starting with the artificially appearing sex act of Parbrata Chatterjee and Huma Qureshi, is no less than a hoax. Its story is planted in the classes of Hindi literature and it gets its water from characters who are either not familiar with the simplicity, ease and ease of Hindi or its writers have never seen any real Hindi class. Anvita Dutt, who wrote ‘Bulbul’, in collaboration with Althea Kaushal, has penned a script in which the mystery remains till the end but the audience loses the thrill of watching it midway.
The story of the web series ‘Mithya‘ moves forward on the door of the relationship of distrust between the teacher and the disciple. The story pits are huge and repeatedly question the weak parts of the script. As much as the student who made her project by stealing someone else’s writings, the incidents happening to her and her aura are not the same as she belongs to. The topic of artificial insemination also slowly begins to emerge on the white of the story, but the twisted ways of life may not have been realized by its director Rohan Sippy. He has inherited the quota of direction.
