Complete Paneer Momos Recipe :-
Take flour in a bowl, mix oil, baking powder, and salt and knead it like a dough. Leave the dough for about an hour. For stuffing, heat butter in a pan on low flame. Add onion, green chili, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, tomato, sauce, salt and pepper powder, mix well and cook for about five minutes. Add paneer and fry for five minutes and let the mixture cool down. Divide the dough portions on one side and roll out thin pooris. Put a spoonful of stuffing on these puris and fold them like momos. Cook these momos with steam. If you want, you can also deep fry. Eat them hot with sauce.

- 150 grams paneer (mashed)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp grated cabbage
- 1 tsp grated carrot
- 1 tbsp capsicum
- 1 finely chopped tomato

- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 finely chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp tomato sauce
- salt to taste
