Chilli Momo Recipe

Simple Recipe to make Chilli Momos by yourself at home with basic vegetables.

Material used in Chilli Momos:-

  • Maida – 2 cups
  • Oil – 1 tsp
  • Salt – (according to taste)
  • Chopped onion – 1 cup
  • Chopped carrot – 1 cup
  • Chopped beans – 1/2 cup
  • Garlic – 2 tsp
  • Ginger – 2 tsp
  • Cabbage – 1 cup
  • Capsicum (chopped capsicum) – 2 tsp
  • Salt – (according to taste)
  • Chili – 1 tsp
  • Ginger – 2 tsp
  • Onion – 2 pieces (cut into four parts)
  • Capsicum – 2 pieces
  • Chili paste – 2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce – 1 tsp

How to make Chili Momos – Full Recipe

How to make Chili Momos

  1. First of all, take all purpose flour in a vessel and mix it with oil and salt.

  2. Then put some water in it and knead it.

  3. After that make small balls in it.

  4. Then put onion, carrot, beans, garlic, ginger, cabbage, capsicum, chilli and salt in a bowl and mix it well.

  5. After that take a ball and roll it.

  6. Then put the vegetable on it and close it with the help of pinch.

  7. After that close the momos from above so that they do not break.

  8. Make all the momos like this.

  9. Then put some water in the cooker and heat it and then put the container in it, cover it and cook it for 10 minutes.

  10. After that put garlic, onion and capsicum in a pan and mix it well.

  11. Then in the same pan add chili paste, tomato chutney and soy sauce and fry it.

  12. And our chili momos are ready.
